New online Salsa-Fit class

We've added another fitness class to our schedule

Friday 25th September (this Friday) at 12pm (and every Friday thereafter), a 45 min blast of Salsa dance cardio.. Come and shake, sizzle & Salsa in this lively, fun, 45 min blast of Latin dance from the safety of your living room!

Now we have 7 live fitness classes per week, plus a 7 day video catch up for every class. Learn to dance, keep fit, and wiggle & giggle amongst like-minded friends. And if we get lockdown again.. No problem.. We're ready.. Haven't left our living room in 6 months, still broadcasting from home.. our home to your home.. we've got this! Kind Regards Adele
