August classes with Adele
Monday Ballroom & Latin Technique at Shaftesbury Bowling Club
Dates: 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th August
Time: 8.30 PM to 10.30 PM
1 hour of Ballroom & 1 hour of Latin technique - includes core stability and fitness training for dancers
1 hour of Ballroom followed by 1 hour of Latin
Focus on technique: Footwork, posture, leg actions, etc.
Medal test and competition techniques available
Open to all dancers, especially those preparing for medal tests and competitions that require advanced techniques
Location: Shaftesbury Bowling Club, 20a Annadale Avenue, Belfast, BT7 3JH

Tuesday Adult Social Ballroom & Latin at Lisburn Masonic Club
Dates: 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th August
Time: 7 PM to 8.45 PM
Drop in and pay weekly
Cost: £9 per person per week (includes tea & coffee)

Friday Adult Social Ballroom & Latin at Knockbreda Parish Church Hall
Dates: 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th August
Beginners: 7 PM to 8:30 PM
Improvers: 8:45 PM to 10:15 PM
American Foxtrot, Jive & Viennese Waltz throughout August
